Original X Collection as well as XLC allowed. Difficulty must be set on Normal or higher. Games must be beaten in order from X1 to X6. No FDS allowed for PS1 games. Other rules for the standalone games such as specific emulators also apply.

48 Mavericks rules: Timing begins when pressing "Game Start" on X1. 48 mavericks is 8 mavericks defeated on each game (Stage bosses only, Bit, Byte, Vile, X-Hunters, Dynamo, Nightmare Zero and High Max do not count as part of the 48 mavericks). Switch games during explosion of last maverick in each game. Timing stops during last explosion of last maverick in last game.
